The Details


Confirming Events
It is never too early to book your event with A Peach of a Party! We do fill up, so once you have a date set, give us a call. Your event is not confirmed until we have a signed contract or event agreement with a credit card on file. A booking fee or deposit may be required as well.

Full Service Events
If your event requires service personnel, we can provide professional friendly staff at a rate of $25 an hour, with a minimum of 3 hours for morning and lunch events, and 4 hours for afternoon and evening events. The number of staff required will depend the the number of guests, menu and type of service. When servers are contracted, a 15-18% production fee will be added to the food and rental portion of your bill. This is NOT a gratuity and will not be paid to your servers. Gratuity is optional and will always be paid to the staff working your event.

Bartender - $135/four hours. Bartenders are to be paid separately by check or cash only. A Peach of a Party carries Liquor Liability Insurance on events where our bartenders are contracted.

Dishware - Glass stemware, plates, flatware, serving trays & utensils, and paper napkins can be provided for a flat rate of $2 per guest when available. If additional items must be rented, the charges will be calculated on an individual basis.

Rental Equipment - Tables, chairs, linens of all colors and styles, tents, and much more are available for rent. Delivery fees may apply. Items are priced individually. Please call for details.

Delivery
Delivery is available in the Metro Atlanta area for a small fee (usually $15-$30) with a minimum order (varies by day of week and holidays). Please allow a 30 minute window for delivery, as traffic is often unpredictable. Please call for more
details.

Food will be delivered in disposable aluminum pans with heating directions, or hot with advanced notice. For an additional 10% of the food cost (with a minimum cost per tray), your selections will arrive displayed on attractive plastic trays.

Pick Up
There is usually no minimum for pick-up orders Monday-Friday and a $250 minimum on Saturdays. Pick up is not available on Sundays. During our busy seasons, higher minimums apply. Food will be prepared in disposable aluminum pans with heating directions, or hot with advanced notice. For an additional 10% of the food cost (with a minimum cost per tray), your selections will be displayed on attractive plastic trays.

Payment
Payment is due no later than the completion of the event unless prior approval is given. We accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard are preferred), checks and cash. There will be a 3.5% discount for on-time check or cash payment. If payment is not made by check or cash by the completion of the event, the full balance will be run on the credit card on file.
